WHS Softball Team holding Fundraising Car Wash and Painted Parking Spots
The Weston High School Softball team invites you to come and get your car washed by the Lady Wolves. The team fundraising activity will take place from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm on August 3rd in the parking lot of Weston High School. All washes will be on a donation basis and concessions will be available if you want to wait while your vehicle is washed.
Coroner identifies man who died after being shot in Bossier City
BOSSIER CITY, La. (KSLA) - One man is dead after a shooting Saturday evening (July 27). Bossier City police officers received a call about gunfire at 7:18 p.m. According to officials, the first officer arrived on the scene at 1656 E. Texas St. at 7:20 p.m. and found a man who had been shot in the chest. He was taken by ambulance to Ochsner LSU Health in Shreveport, where he succumbed to his injuries.
