Cumberland County boyfriend stabs man he found in bed with his girlfriend: police
A Carlisle man tried to stab another man to death after finding him in bed with his girlfriend over the weekend, police said in court documents. Henry A. Gumby admitted to stabbing the man multiple times in the neck and face before officers arrived around 9:16 a.m. Saturday at Gumby’s apartment on the 400 block of North Hanover Street, according to an affidavit of probable cause.

A man was under the influence of drugs and alcohol when he crashed into a horse-and-buggy carrying eight people Sunday in Lancaster County, police said. James L. Walkergoutal, 27, of West Chester, rear-ended the buggy with his Toyota Prius around 4:16 p.m. on Lincoln Highway East, near the Slaymaker Hill Road intersection in Paradise Township, police said.
