Inside the room where the Dundas City Council meets each month, members of the 100-yea- old Dundas Women’s Study Club set up a museum of club booklets, photographs and memorabilia last Saturday.

The exhibit spanned the years 1924 to today and was arranged in 10 exhibits showcasing each decade of the study club’s existence.

Current and past members, along with their families and guests enjoyed the celebration, which also featured two performances at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. of an original skit “School Daze” first performed by an early member in the 1940s.

Special coffee mugs noting the centennial were for sale for $10.

All current study club members who greeted visitors, handed out name tags and performed in the skit wore special carnation corsages donated by Judy’s Floral Design of Northfield.
