Certain Department Heads Receive Slight Pay Bump
In a 6 to 1 vote, pay raises were approved for certain department heads at Uhrichsville Council’s latest meeting. The finance committee recommended the passage on an emergency basis for a 3.5% pay increase for the police and fire chief’s, the city service director, and street department superintendent. With the passage, the pay bump was effective immediately. These positions are not part of the three separate unions as negotiations continue.
