ProVia has announced its intent to purchase two Dalton, OH real estate properties from Toop and Toop II, LLC. The main building, located at 630 Henry Street, is approximately 303,000-sq.-ft. of retail and manufacturing space, located on 24-½ acres, and has high visibility from U.S. Route 30. The other 4-acre property is 1.3 miles away at 1543 Zuercher Road and contains a 22,500-sq.-ft. warehouse.
