A man who fatally shot a Chicago man in an Arlington Heights apartment Sunday won’t face charges, police said Monday. A tragic incident shook the community of Villa Park earlier this week when 25-year-old Anthony Jimenez was charged with the murder of his girlfriend, Jessica Reyes, during a domestic incident.
