Laurel resident Devin Michael Jones has been identified by investigators as the man killed in an early morning crash near Delta Bingo on Laurel Meade Road earlier this week. Mass. woman, NJ passenger ID’d in fatal Maryland crash; 2nd driver injured
A Lowell woman and her passenger both died in a Maryland crash on Wednesday, according to Maryland State Police. Norma Matthews, 81, was found dead when first responders arrived, state police said in a statement. Her passenger, Virginia Licata, 86, of Blackwood, New Jersey, was flown to Capital Region Medical Center and died at the hospital.
