The following information is courtesy of the East Ridge Police Department. 24-008903 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Activity/Property Damage – A driver of a vehicle claimed while he was traveling eastbound, a rock, the size of a fist came from an unknown location and direction and struck the driver’s side windshield of his mother’s 2022 Kia Soul. Upon impact, the rock somehow penetrated the windshield with just enough force to strike him in his chest without leaving a mark.
