Yoffi food truck, the latest offering from restaurant group DASH Hospitality, opened in The Village Dunwoody serving Mediterranean-inspired dishes. The name translates to “all good.”

A release calls Yoffi “an homage to a lighter style of life – Mediterranean eating,” with the bright orange food truck featuring a digital ordering screen and takeout window.

“I love the flavors of the Mediterranean, and I wanted to infuse that into our already-bustling group of restaurants in Funwoody,” DASH founder and 2024 Dunwoody Fourth of July Parade Grand Marshal David Abes said.

He added that people have responded positively to the new food truck for its quick service during lunch and dinner and vegetarian options.

Dishes include dips made in-house with fresh pita bread, five different kinds of bowls, and gyro burgers. Another menu item of interest is brown bags, which are side dishes like roasted green beans or fries shaken in a paper bag with a customer’s choice of seasonings.

Yoffi joins DASH’s other restaurants in the Village, including Message in a Bottle, Bar{n} Booze {n} Bites, and Morty’s Meat & Supply.

Abes originally brought his idea for an entertainment district for Dunwoody Village before the city’s Development Authority in early 2021 . Plans for the complex at that time included five new restaurants, a courtyard with outdoor seating, an outdoor screen, and a concert stage.

The district has become a gathering place for community events, holiday celebrations, televised sports, and private parties.

For the last three years, Abes has hosted Green Eggs & Kegs , featuring local chefs’ creations cooked on a Big Green Egg. Proceeds from the event go to T1D , formerly known as the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
