Woman facing super drunk charges for wrong-way crash on I-75
BAY COUNTY, Mich. (WJRT) - A Bay County woman faces super drunk charges in connection with a deadly wrong-way crash that claimed the lives of two men from Genesee County. The crash happened back in March, when investigators say a 41-year-old woman from Pinconning was driving southbound in the northbound lanes of I-75 near Salzburg Road in Monitor Township.

Police say that 28-year-old D'Margio Izeon Phipps, or "Odie," was last seen at Carriage Town Mission in the 600 block of Garland Street in Flint on July 1.
