Spencer, IA (KICD) — Spencer Police Chief Mark Warburton says the switcher at the fire department that allows tornado sirens around Clay County to be activated is still out. QUAD CITIES, Ill./Iowa (KWQC) - Police said the Moline postmaster stole mail he believed were greeting cards that contained cash or gift cards. Justin Brown was arrested June 28 after Davenport Police searched his home and found 487 cards greetings cards for weddings, birthdays, graduations and Father’s Day, according to arrest affidavits.
