Marinette supervisors loosen ATV/UTV laws
MARINETTE — The Marinette County Highway Trunk system is now open to ATV/UTV enthusiasts all day, year-round. The county board last Tuesday voted 22-6-1 to make that change. Marinette School District office temporarily relocated
MARINETTE — Because of carpet replacement beginning Monday, June 3, the Marinette School District Offices will be temporarily relocated to the Marinette Middle School, 1011 Water St. Hours of operation will be 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, or by appointment. MENOMINEE — Many golfers go their entire lives without ever sinking a hole-in-one. Tim Chamberlain has now accomplished that feat twice in as many years, and on the same hole at the same course to boot. Teeing off at Riverside Country Club on Tuesday, Chamberlain used an 8-iron to ace the second hole with a shot of 141 yards as winds swirled in his face the entire time. Chamberlain also collected a hole-in-one on hole No. 2 at Riverside on September 8, 2023, using a pitching wedge to cover the 141 yards.
