September 1, 2024 - SAN JOSE, Calif. – The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) and the Grassland Water District, Grassland Resource Conservation District, and Grassland Fund (Grassland) have reached an agreement that releases Grassland’s potential California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) claims regarding the Authority’s adoption of environmental review documents for the San Jose to Merced portion of the high-speed rail project.
Volleyball Begins Season in California
The Muhlenberg volleyball team opened the 2024 season with three matches at the Pacific Coast Classic in California. Despite dropping all three matches, the Mules played some close sets. In the first match against Pomona-Pitzer, Muhlenberg came out on fire, jumping out to a 7-3 lead.
