Visalia man charged with burglary
VISALIA – As part of an investigation into a pair of burglaries in Visalia earlier this month, local law enforcement has now made an arrest. Earlier this week, District Attorney Tim Ward announced that Visalia man Donald Franklin, 37, has been charged with two felony counts of residential burglary.
