Four historic community bands will converge for a Community Band Festival on July 28th at Zion Lutheran Church, at 2215 Brandywine Lane in York from 2-5 p.m. This special event is free and will showcase performances by four of York's remaining historical community/town bands, according to a press release by the Emigsville Band.
