EAST LONGMEADOW, Mass. (WWLP) – Luminous Glow and The Polished Room both opened together in East Longmeadow. Luminous Glow had their grand reopening after relocating, while The Polished Room is brand new.

State Senator Jake Oliveira and State Representative Brian Ashe were both in attendance congratulating both businesses and assisting in the ribbon cutting ceremony. Luminous Glow will offer tanning services while at the polished salon, clients can get their hair and nails done.

Between myself and The Polished Room, we are looking forward to making everybody feel healthy organically.

    Barbara Clark, Owner

Luminous Glow uses an organic tanning product to help clients feel good but also healthy while doing it.

While The Polished Salon recently partnered with an organic hair coloring company which she said makes her feel good about using them on her clients. Since the two owners have been friends for over 10 years, they share many of the same clients meaning a client may go from getting a manicure to getting a spray tan.

The Polished Room owner Laura Tondera told 22News she doesn’t necessarily have set hours because she wants to work to accommodate her clients.
