Levi Ryan Seals, son of Drs. Scott and Shanna Seals, of Rockwall recently graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) at Kings Point, NY. Seals earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a commission in the U. S. armed forces.
