Spring Grove Area School District superintendent charged with DUI
HANOVER, Pa. — The new superintendent of the Spring Grove Area School District in York County was arrested for DUI just three days before he started the position. Pennsylvania State Police said they encountered 51-year-old Joseph Bradley in the 100 block of South Forney Avenue in Hanover around 2:30 a.m. June 28.
Two inmates dies at SCI Camp Hill within 24 hours
CAMP HILL, Pa. (WHTM) – The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections says a second SCI Camp Hill inmate died hours before after another inmate was killed. Inmate Bryan Conrad, 50, was found unresponsive in his cell on July 1 and pronounced deceased at 3 p.m. despite life-saving measures. Conrad was serving a 4 to 8-year sentence for Failure to Comply with Registration of Sexual Offenders Requirements. He had been at SCI Camp Hill since April 6, 2023.

Bryan Wayne Conrad of Mechanicsburg died at 3 p.m. on July 1, 2024, Superintendent Gourley explained in the release. Conrad "was found unresponsive in his cell [...] Prison staff immediately responded and provided life-saving measures until facility medical personnel arrived. Hershey man, teen charged for New Year’s robbery, assault
LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) – Two people have been arrested in connection to a burglary and assault on New Year’s Day in Lebanon County. Western Lebanon County Regional Police say on July 3 they arrested Isaiah Williamson in connection to the assault. Police say Williamson forcibly entered a home and assaulted multiple occupants. A 17-year-old female has also been charged as a co-conspirator.

Body found in Susquehanna River in 1998 identified as missing Harrisburg man
LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Decades after a fisherman discovered a man dead in the Susquehanna River, the body has finally been identified. The man has been identified as James Gibson, who had previously been reported missing from Harrisburg, according to a news release form the coroner. The body was found on April 18, 1998, in the Turkey Point area of the River in Manor Township, Lancaster County.
Two arrested after pursuit near LaPorte-Porter County line
A pursuit near the LaPorte-Porter County line led to two arrests. On Saturday, June 29, around 1:30 a.m., Trooper Nicholas Isajczuk was patrolling I-94 near the Porter/LaPorte County line when he spotted a speeding gray Toyota SUV without headlights or tail lights.
