Investigation into Camp Hill State Prison inmate's death ruled homicide, suspect charged
CAMP HILL, Pa. — An inmate at Camp Hill State Correctional Institution was found dead in his cell this morning, superintendent Michael Gourley announced Tuesday. Inmate Bernard Grover (Alias: Kevin Beattie), 57, from Philadelphia, was found unresponsive in his cell this morning by prison staff, who immediately attempted life-saving measures until Lower Allen EMS arrived, Gourley said in a press release.
