KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in searching for a missing 74-year-old man. Police say that Willie Combs, 74, went missing on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at 9 a.m. when he walked away from his residence near East 16th Street and Lawn Ave.
