Man Gets 50 Years In Upshur Child Porn Case

An East Texas man pleaded guilty Monday in Upshur County to multiple counts of Possession of Child Pornography and possession of Lewd Visual Material. Thirty-six-year-old Clinton Scott Yale was sentence to 50 years in prison for the Child Porn charges and 2 years in state jail for the Lewd Material charge. A person involved in a relationship with Yale found hidden files containing the offending material on his phone and notified law enforcement.
