Major Drug Bust By Multiple Agencies

A joint narcotics investigation by Mt Pleasant Police Narcotics Officers, the DEA, and the US Postal Service and Daingerfield police led to the execution of a search warrant on a residence in Daingerfield.  Officers seized approximately 1,700 counterfeit Xanax pills, fentanyl, cocaine, 9 firearms, and cash obtained from the sale of narcotics. An unnamed 28-year-old man was arrested on multiple drug and weapons charges, as well as Endangering a Child. He’s being held in the Morris County jail.
