Paris Police Investigating Burglary, ID Theft

Paris police were notified of a burglary of habitation which had occurred in the 1400 block of W. Washington. The victim noticed several days ago that someone had entered her residence through a window and noticed that cash  was missing from her purse. The victim was then  advised by her bank that her debit card account had been deactivated due to suspicious activity.  She was notified that someone  had been drawing money from her account through a “Cash Application”. The victim recognized the name on the cash app account as a family member and wanted to file charges. The investigation is continuing.
