The 36-hole tournament was held on July 16 and 17, during which Rusk bested amateur Zak Drescher and professional Andrew Cornish in a four-hole aggregate playoff at Applebrook Golf Club in Malvern after the trio completed 36 regulation holes over two days in 4-under par 136.

Barbara Ann Friedes, 30, was struck from behind by a 2018 Volkswagen on the 1800 block of Spruce Street around 7 p.m., Philadelphia police wrote in a release. The Volkswagen then hit three parked cars before coming to a rest, police continued. Friedes was taken to Jefferson University Hospital and pronounced dead, while the driver of the Volkswagen was taken to the same hospital with minor injuries, officials said.
