N.J. gets $250M grant to add electric truck charging stations along I-95
The state Department of Environmental Protection on Monday received a $250 million federal grant to put toward a multi-state electric truck charging project along I-95. The grant will provide funding for the Clean Corridor Coalition, a initiative that aims to install charging stations for commercial and medium to heavy duty electric trucks along the interstate highway in New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware and Maryland.

Rachel Minaya, the wife of Yankees executive Omar Minaya, has died. Authorities found the Rachel deceased at their home in New Jersey on Saturday. According to the New York Post, Omar wasn't home at the time when his wife died. It's unclear at this point who discovered Rachel and what exactly that caused her death. One of two men who kidnapped a business owner in New Jersey and drove him across state lines in a U-Haul truck pleaded guilty to federal charges on Monday.
