The Buffalo Soldiers holds a ceremony where a couple hundred motorcyclists are coming to honor the forgotten soldiers whose graves were found at the playground and basketball courts in West Nesquehoning Park. The Buffalo Soldiers were Black troops who served in segregated units formed after the Civil War mostly for duty in the West. The ceremony had quasi-military ceremonies such as a rifle salute and showed renderings of what will happen to the park and a monument to Buffalo Soldiers set to be in place at Rose Garden in Bethlehem.
