Domestic Disturbance Leads to Drug Arrest in Chipley
Chipley, FL July 16, 2024 (WDNews) – A woman in Chipley was arrested on drug charges following a domestic disturbance early this morning. Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a call on Carr Road where they encountered 45-year-old Utanna Pagi Baxley. She reported that after smoking meth with her significant other, an argument ensued over personal items.
