EATON COUNTY, Mich. (WILX) - The Eaton County Sheriff’s Office is investigating vandalism at a local limestone quarry that resulted in over $10,000 in damage. On July 12 at 7:30 a.m., deputies were called out to the Cheney Limestone Quarry in Bellevue on a report of a malicious destruction of property complaint. Investigators said two excavators were damaged and vandalized and will require over $10,000 in repairs.
