SUMMARY: Tavarria Carter, a 25-year-old woman from Columbus, Mississippi, is facing several charges, including four counts of aggravated assault on law enforcement and felony fleeing. The incident began at Waffle House late Saturday night, where a fight occurred. When officers attempted to intervene, Carter allegedly drove her vehicle dangerously close to them before fleeing the scene.
