Shelby storeowner makes a mark on main street with ‘just a little bit of everything’
SHELBY, Neb. (KOLN) - At Hometown Table & Exchange, the coffee drinks are named after the kids in Shelby, who helped the owner develop the flavors. “A lot of the drinks are inspired by the kids from school here in the area that kind of gave me the different flavors to go with,” said Amanda Thelen, the owner. “So they inspired me and made my menu kind of.”
