Fund launched for Indigenous students in STEM following missing professor’s death in Cache County
LOGAN — A new scholarship fund was launched Tuesday in honor of a decorated STEM educator, Megan Hamilton, who recently died. Hamilton was reported missing and endangered by the Riverdale Police Department on June 25, 2024. Later that day, authorities located her body. They said there was no indication of foul play, and they believed she was suffering from a “mental episode.”

The scarring causes the bile ducts to become hard and narrow, eventually causing serious damage to the liver.

Logan man sentenced to jail for raping woman while claiming to be possessed by demons | News
LOGAN — A 21-year-old Logan man who has already been behind bars for close to five months was sentenced to more jail time for sexually assaulting a coworker in a church parking lot on Valentine’s Day. Missing kayaker identified after body recovered at Little Dell Reservoir
SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — Crews have recovered the body of a missing kayaker after she was seen falling into the waters at Little Dell Reservoir east of Salt Lake City. The individual was identified as 29-year-old Salt Lake City resident Hailey Mason, who was on the lake alone Tuesday when someone heard her calling for help around 2 p.m., Salt Lake County Sheriff Rosie Rivera said at a Wednesday media briefing.
