Two arrests made in connection to assaults in Burlington
Burlington, VT- A Burlington woman is expected to be in court on Monday after she was arrested on Saturday for allegedly threatening three people with a knife. Officers responded to Main St around 3 a.m. Saturday for reports of a person armed with a knife. Police say Victoria Sherman, 33, was armed with a kitchen knife and had threatened three people. Sherman was arrested and jailed at Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility on bail.
Police try to identify persons of interest in Burlington assault
BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) - Police in Burlington are asking the public for help identifying two men as part of the investigation into an assault that happened more than a month ago. Police say the two men are persons of interest in an assault at a downtown bar on May 31.

Flood the Streets with Art July 10 and 11
Local groups plan to flood downtown Montpelier with art to celebrate “resiliency and hope on the one-year anniversary of the Montpelier Flood,” a press release states. The flood happened last summer on July 10 and 11, and so on this July 10 and 11, the Montpelier Senior Activity Center, along with Montpelier Alive, the Center for Arts and Learning, the Kellogg-Hubbard Library, and the T.W.
