Edenton police arrest local man on charges of intent to distribute cocaine

Reginald Eugene Hamlin, 61, of the 100 block of Park Lane, Murfreesboro, was arrested July 18 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Amy Marie Correla, 42, of the 100 block of Hemlock St., Hertford, was arrested July 15 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $20,000 secured bond was set.

Anthony Jerome Sawyer, 62, of the 100 block of Sandy Ridge Road, Edenton, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, driving while license revoked, and violation of court orders. A $70,000 secured bond was set.

Tireuana Breanna Rascoe, 26, of the 300 block of Old Hertford Road, Edenton, was arrested and charged with failure to appear in court as required and misdemeanor larceny. A $260 bond was set.

Darrell Lee Valentine, 36, of the 400 block of Haughton Road, Edenton, was arrested and charged with failure to appear in court as required, driving while license revoked, and resisting an officer. A $7,000 secured bond was set.

Josh Rea Ambrose, 28, of the 6000 block of Avoca Farm Road, Merry Hill, was arrested July 13 and charged with driving while while impaired. A $3,000 secured bond was set.

Chowan Sheriff

Hugh Alan Pepper, 72, of the 100 block of Bella Vista Drive, was arrested July 10 and charged with misdemeanor stalking. He was released on a written promise to appear in court.

Kowanda Renee Cooper, 42, of the 200 block of Mexico Road, was arrested July 15 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $250 secured bond was set.

Jacob Cayton, 29, of the 100 block of Pueblo Trail, Edenton, was arrested July 16 and charged with misdemeanor child abuse. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
