Vendor Applications Available for Edison's First Pride Festival

EDISON, NJ - The township is accepting vendor applications for their first Pride Festival on September 7. The deadline to register as a vendor is August 26. The township will not accept applications beyond this date. To fill out the application, click here.

The event will be outdoors at Papaianni Park. All vendors/exhibitors must supply their own tables, chairs, canopies, generators. Water hook-ups will not be provided, according to the township.

Vendors must report to Papaianni Park the day of the festival by 11:00 AM. Set-ups must be completed by 1:00 PM. The festival will be from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Spaces are limited and will be given on a first come, first served basis, according to the application. Applications can be submitted through community pass, emailed to the township, or be brought to the Recreation Department, located on the second floor of the municipal building at 100 Municipal Boulevard. Mail-in applications will not be accepted.

There are no vendor fees for a standard parking spot size. All food vendors must submit a temporary retail food application to the Edison Health Department. Food vendors cooking with open flames must submit a temporary retail food establishment application to Daniel DiNuzzo at the Edison Fire Department.
