The good news is humidity levels will be lower than the last several days. This afternoon high pressure will transition to the east and a new upper-level low associated with several fronts will begin transitioning out of the Rocky Mount West. This allows for a mild Southerly flow with our wind which brings in moisture. A few isolated showers and rumbles will be possible in northern areas through the afternoon but the better chances arrive later this evening and into Friday morning.
