EDMOND, Okla. (KFOR) — Oklahomans celebrated Independence Day at the LibertyFest Parade in Edmond. A huge crowd of spectators enjoyed the sights and sounds of one of America’s most popular 4th of July celebrations.

Marching bands, groups of veterans, horse back riders, first responders, children and military aircraft could be seen and heard at LIbertyFest.

Interceptor 4, the 4 Warn Storm Team’s storm chase vehicle, was one of the parade vehicles that drew applause from the crowd. News 4’s Adria Goins and Katelyn Ogle were in the parade, waving to spectators along the parade route.

LibertyFest has been celebrated for 52 years and News 4 is always proud to participate in this spectacular event celebrating Independence Day.
