Bowling Green man arrested 2nd time within 2 months on vehicle theft charges
BROWNSVILLE, Ky. – A Bowling Green man is facing vehicle theft charges for the second time in nearly a month. According to a uniform citation, the Edmonson County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint Wednesday about a subject that had stolen a vehicle off of the 600 block of Washington Street in Brownsville.

The Edmonson County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man wanted for molesting a child. The sheriff’s office on Tuesday arrested 38-year-old Samuel A. Scarbrough, of Cave City, who was wanted in Warren County for first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor (illegal sex act, victim under the age of 16) and first-degree sexual abuse (victim under the age of 12).
