$5.9M Edwards house for sale decorated by interior designer from popular TV show

DENVER ( KDVR ) — Six minutes outside of downtown Edwards lies a multimillion-dollar home with parts decorated by Thom Filicia, an interior designer known for his role in the Emmy-winning television show “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy.”

Filicia, who now owns the design firm Thom Filicia Inc. , is widely recognized as an interior designer who has been on Style Network, HGTV and, most recently, “Get A Room with Carson & Thom,” according to the firm’s website.

According to Sotheby’s International Realty’s website , Filicia decorated the bedrooms, office, library, fitness room and playroom in the Edwards house.

Here’s a look inside the house for sale and some of Filicia’s work.

The entire inside and outside of the house look like the childhood toy Lincoln Logs and sit on 7.25 acres. The design continues throughout the bedrooms, kitchen and even the bathroom.

The house was built in 1996 and comes with six full bathrooms and two partial ones. According to Sotheby’s Realty, the house is going for $5.9 million with just over $20,000 in yearly property taxes.
