(The Center Square) – The City of St. Louis’ guaranteed basic income payments were suspended for two weeks in response to an injunction request in a lawsuit challenging the program. Two people have died in a listeria outbreak across 12 states in the U.S. that is likely linked to sliced deli meats, according to the CDC.
