The officer was led upstairs by another person where she reportedly found Hall in a bedroom on top of a woman.

The police officer was allegedly pushed out of the bedroom by Hall and he locked the door. The officer kicked the door open and attempted to use her Taser on Hall but failed to do so.

Hall then allegedly lunged at the police officer, punching her in the face, and pushing her down a flight of stairs.

According to the affidavit, Hall fled the home on foot and was later arrested by Kingston and Plymouth officers.

The officer was transported to Wilkes-Barre General Hospital for the injuries to the left side of her face and her right knee.

Bail was denied as Hall was classified as a threat to the community. His preliminary hearing is July 23 at 10:00 a.m.
