In preparation for the upcoming school year, United Way of 1000 Lakes is seeking donations of backpacks and school supplies as part of the annual Stuff the Bus drive, which runs through August. Manhattan Man dead after crash near Missouri/Iowa border
A Manhattan resident is dead following a Sunday crash on Interstate 35 in Missouri. Four people were inside a Kia Sorento at the time of the crash. Victor B. Imad, 31, of Manhattan, died in the crash, and the three other occupants, all from Minnesota, were seriously injured in the crash.
