EL PASO COUNTY Colo. (KKTV) - A 12-year-old was captured during a crime spree near Colorado Springs, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office. The sheriff’s office shared details of the case with the public through a news release on Friday. The sheriff’s office explained they received a call tied to a business alarm Wednesday morning at about 3 from the Springs Armory on Waynoka Road in unincorporated El Paso County. The business is east of Powers in the Cimarron Hills area. When deputies arrived, they found an empty vehicle in front of the building.
