    Storms for weekend; double digits all week — Your Exclusive 9-Day Forecast

    El Paso, Texas ( KTSM ) — Good Afternoon, El Paso!

    We remain on a Weather Authority Alert. Storm chances are here for both Saturday and Sunday.

    The National Weather Service has issued a flashflood warning for Otero County.

    We will continue to track the storms and keep you updated on any advisories or warnings for the Borderland.

    Saturday will begin seeing rain around 6 p.m. with a heavy rain threat starting at 8 p.m.

    Storm chances will grow even more likely after midnight. Light winds will range from 5 to 10 mph.

    Our Saturday overnight low is expected to cool off to 76 degrees.

    Sunday is expect to be similar to Saturday.

    We are predicting the day to start with a slight chance of storms in the morning.

    Storms chances will increase as we make our way into the afternoon lasting until the evening, past midnight.

    Sunday’s high is expected to warm up to 91 degrees with an overnight low sitting at 72 degrees.

    We are forecasting 40% chance of storms for Monday.

    The heavy rain threat should subside. We can expect a day of isolated storms with a high of 90 degrees.

    Storm chances will continue to lessen as we inch more into the week.

    Our forecasted high is predicted to warm up to 94 degrees on Monday. We are also forecasting 20% chance of storms.

    Storms will not be as drastic as Saturday and Sunday.

    Wednesday’s high is to reach 96 degrees.

    Weather conditions consist of 15% chance of isolated storms in the afternoon. Majority of the day we can expect more cloud coverage than moisture. Evening temperature cools off to 75 degrees.

    Cloudy skies are in for Thursday, with a high of 97 degrees.

    Although we may see clouds this day, we won’t be seeing any moisture for the Sun City. Instead, we can expect some humidity to linger around from the previous day’s rainfall.

    Friday is back to those sunny skies and a temperature of 99 degrees, so close to triple digits! The overnight low for Friday is another cool temperature of 76 degrees. Nothing more than a nice warm day for the Sun City.

    Saturday’s high is expected to warm up to 98 degrees with 15% chance of isolated thunderstorms. Saturday night we sit at 75 degrees.

    The moisture pattern will continue for Sunday, this time in the evening. Our high can reach up to 97 degrees with a low of 74 degrees.

    To finish off the 9-Day Forecast, Monday is predicted to have intervals of clouds and a high of 96 degrees.
