Free Family Art Day at Bear’s Mill

DATE SET FOR DEDICATION OF BRIDGE FOR FALLED RPD OFFICER
(Richmond, IN)--A date has now been set for the renaming of the Chester Boulevard Bridge over I-70 in Richmond. On August 14, that bridge will officially become the Officer Seara Burton Memorial Bridge. The renaming will come two years after Seara was shot in the line of duty in an incident that would ultimately take her life. A service will take place at 1 o’clock on the afternoon of the 14th at the Police and Fire Training Center at the south end of South 8th Street.
