Police: Kidnapper injured in 12-year-old’s escape
WENATCHEE — A Wenatchee man is charged with kidnapping and other felonies for allegedly inviting a 12-year-old girl into his car and refusing to let her leave. Chelan County prosecutors filed charges Tuesday against Omar Christopher Harding, 41, including second-degree kidnapping, two counts of second-degree assault, and one each of first degree theft and felony harassment.
