GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KFGO) – A Grand Forks man is facing a number of felonies after police say he led officers on a chase through Grand Forks Saturday night. Bismarck Man Pleads Not Guilty To 41 Charges
(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck man has pleaded not guilty to 41 drug and sex offense-related charges. Investigators say Jamal Fermin gave multiple underage girls drugs, money, and alcohol in exchange for sex, and also allegedly took explicit photos of the girls despite knowing they were younger than 18-years-old. The investigation into Fermin began back in 2022, and he’s scheduled to go to trial on September 17th.
