Bismarck Man Pleads Not Guilty To 41 Charges
(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck man has pleaded not guilty to 41 drug and sex offense-related charges. Investigators say Jamal Fermin gave multiple underage girls drugs, money, and alcohol in exchange for sex, and also allegedly took explicit photos of the girls despite knowing they were younger than 18-years-old. The investigation into Fermin began back in 2022, and he’s scheduled to go to trial on September 17th.

McLaughlin man to plead guilty in stabbing death
SOUTH DAKOTA (KELO) — A McLaughlin man plans to plead guilty to assaulting a man over a damaged screen. Court records say in March of 2023, Ronald Long Feather, Jr. stabbed Rayfield Little Dog in the neck, after Little Dog hit Long Feather’s door with a shovel, damaging the screen.

FARGO (KFGO) – A Fargo man arrested after a high-speed chase in a south Fargo neighborhood will serve one year of probation after pleading guilty to fleeing police and DUI. A judge gave Jens Tinjum a suspended sentence of 360 days in jail for fleeing and 30 days for drunken driving.
