TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - It was a close call for thewood County Clover Legacy Foundation and 4-H club at the Wood County Fairgrounds. The team learned their water was set to be shut off, which would’ve left 700 tubs of ice cream at the milkshake barn to melt and go sour.
