Plenty of shopping and historic tractors at annual Old Fashioned Farmers Days in Van Wert
VAN WERT, OH (WLIO) - Farmers from around the region gathered in Van Wert to show off both modern and historical tractors. Over 150 tractors are on display at the 48th annual Old Fashioned Farmers Days, some of them close to 100 years old. The weekend also includes a flea market, food vendors, live music, and plenty of events like thresher demonstrations and tractor pulls throughout each day. The event is a great way to celebrate agricultural heritage and teach people how far the industry has come in the last few decades.
Tourists support Indian Lake this summer as it rebuilds from an EF-3 tornado
INDIAN LAKE, Ohio (WKEF) -- The biggest holiday of the year, the Fourth of July, arrived for the Indian Lake area just four months after an EF-3 tornado tore through on March 14. It devastated parts of Lakeview at Indian Lake right before its busiest tourism time of the year, which usually starts on Memorial Day weekend.

Starting at 7:30 a.m., residents embarked on The Firecracker Century Bike Tour, departing from Jubilee Park and featuring three different routes.
