19-lot single family lot plat approved

2024-04-15

The Otsego City Council has approved the final plat of Prairie Pointe 3rd Addition, consisting of 19 single-family lots. The lots will be on a cul-de-sac — 79th Court — off 80th Street.

DR Horton Minnesota received preliminary plat approval for the site in 2022.
